Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Continuity Plan
From all the team at RED, we would like to take a few moments of your time to reassure you of our policies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are currently in the process of monitoring and adapting our plans as the situation continues to develop. Please be assured that our primary objective is to safeguard the health and well-being of our people and those with whom we come in contact with. This includes our highly valued customers and suppliers.
We are adhering to all government guidelines and continually monitoring and reviewing the situation as new advice is announced. We have put in place clear policies and procedures within our business to protect the health of our entire team and have taken action steps to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to continue their work and to provide support to our customers.
If we become aware of any suspected contact with Coronavirus or if anyone is symptomatic, we have asked individuals to self-isolate. In addition to this, on a day-to-day basis we have adopted a social distancing approach within our facilities. We are asking suppliers and other third-parties to be considerate of this and where required, special arrangements are being put in place to minimise the risk of spreading the virus when coming into personal contact.
Please be assured that no one will be allowed to conduct business if we are aware that there is a risk. In the same spirit, we would also ask anyone that needs to come in contact with members of our team, to let us know if there is any reason that our colleagues should not meet with someone in person due to a risk of infection, that we are made aware of this ahead of time. This will enable us the time to take the appropriate steps and measures.
Our business continues to operate as normal. We have stock of our full range of products and are able to continue supporting customers uninterrupted.
